Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive ongoing training and professional development opportunities, as well as a flexible working schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting teachers and students in a dynamic and supportive learning environment
  • Providing guidance and support to students as needed
  • Assisting with lesson planning and preparation
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members
