**Monday to Friday - 10 AM to 3 PM**
**Position Overview**
As an Office Admin, you will work as a part of HR and the Health & Safety Department. You will work closely with staff across the company and will develop and maintain effective communication and working relationships with your colleagues.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer the phone, take messages accurately and pass them to the relevant correspondent
- Oversee the reception area and greet visitors
- Administer payroll
- Administer holiday leaves
- Deal with employee's queries
- New staff induction
- Other administrative tasks as required by the line manager
**Skills**
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in Spanish or Arabic
- Working with computers & the internet
- Fast typing and note-taking
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Can-do attitude
- Problem-solving
- Attention to detail
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an office admin or similar roles
- Experience in working in a fast-paced business environment and can work under pressure
- Be able to manage workloads and reach deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- GCSE in math and English or equivalent qualifications (prefered)
- Be able to commute to the Head Office in London - W10 4BQ
- Have the right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship
