The role

Working as part of the event operations team to successfully deliver our events portfolio. Including commercial conferences, training courses, virtual events, roundtables, awards and managing our participation at 3rd party events.

Collaborating with colleagues from production, marketing, sales and customer success from concept to delivery of allocated events. Managing a variety of external stakeholders such as suppliers, sponsors, speakers, and customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with colleagues on the event project team to plan and deliver allocated events.
- Budget management, supplier set up, invoice processing and calculating JV payments.
- Working with different event technologies such as Aventri, Wrike, GoTo, Big Marker, Slido and GRIP.
- Venue acquisition, AV production, branding, F&B management, and sponsorship deliverables.
- Onsite management of events.
