We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Head of Actuarial Management Continental Europe, and to on an ad-hoc basis support the Continental Europe Actuarial Management team and wider department.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Supports Head of Actuarial Management Continental Europe with **diary management, travel & logistics, expense claims, reviewing documents for sign off** and various other administrative topics
- Coordinates the **logistics **of Management Team off-sites (on site or external) / key stakeholder meetings for the Head of Actuarial Management Continental Europe and other L&H Valuation & Analysis Management Team members
- **Coordinates, collates, and distributes pre-reads and communications** on behalf of Head of Actuarial Management Continental Europe
- Support in **scheduling **Management Team and other regular monthly meetings, taking **meeting minutes** and following up on action items as needed
- Responsible for the **onboarding and offboarding of team members**:

- Provide ad-hoc administrative support e.g., support the organization of teams/department activities/events and any other tasks

**About You**

**Essentials**:

- A minimum of **5 years experience in administrative and/or executive assistant **positions in multinational/international enterprise or similar environment
- Rich experience in managing multiple priorities, proactive approaches to problem-solving with decision-making capability
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and willing to learn new tools
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and excellent **English**, written and spoken.
- Comfortable working in a **virtual environment**
