**Job Title: EV Charging Engineer**

**Location: London Waterloo/ Hybrid Working**

**Length: February 2024**

Advantage Resourcing are working with a well-known Energy organisation based in London who are looking to hire a EV Charging Engineer with experince in development and delivery of commercially viable EV charging solutions, delivering at pace, and underpinnedby an HSSE Goal Zero mindset

**Key Responsibilities**:
Ensuring that all initiatives are fully integrated into the Multi Year Plan and reflect the most effective implementation of the local UK strategy.
- In-year management of initiatives, working closely with internal and external partners to anticipate and manage challenges ensuring that planned scope, budget and timing are met.
- Support the EV Business Development Manager and Network Planners and other local/regional stakeholders to develop the EV Recharge strategy for UK and lead the implementation of it.
- As technical SME provide technical input into the high-quality Investment Proposals for EV charging offers, and other Low Emission mobility as appropriate.

**Key Skills Requirement**
- Delivering through others, with Engineering project/program management experience
- A commercial mind-set; highly numerate; able to quickly appraise the business opportunity and understand potential value, risks, and trade-offs.
- Experience of delivering quality projects and programmes at pace, utilising innovation, and continuous improvement.
- A keen interest in the Energy Transition within the context of low emission fuelled mobility and EV landscape.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience of working cross functionally to deliver stretch targets
- BSc/Engineering degree
