We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced registered children's nurse who is passionate about providing strong leadership to continually improve the quality of care and safety of neonatal and children's nursing services on the Grimsby Hospital Site. There will be the expectation to work trustwide when required

The applicant should be highly motivated and clinically credible at a senior level, who can demonstrate collaborative working with our other matrons/nursing colleagues, medical and business teams, along with multi disciplines and agencies to progress the service (both in and out of hospital) in line with local and national drivers.
