**Location**: Tamarisk Designs Limited, Bourton on the Water, Cheltenham, GL54 2HQ.
**Salary**: £20,000 plus Company Benefits and 30 days holiday
**Hours of Work** - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
**Job purpose**
You will be responsible for daily administrative tasks which will support the business development, sales, and operations team to build a robust pipeline of sales opportunities, maximise sales and deliver an excellent client experience. Our client base consists of retailers and interior designers where you will engage with our clients over the telephone and support with face to face showroom visits, action customer sample requests, process purchase orders and conduct internal inventory stock taking for both products and fabrics across two showrooms. Additional duties to support the team may also be required.

- **Duties will include but not limited to**:_
- Supporting sales & operations team with administrative tasks.
- Showcase the Tamarisk Designs offering by phone or in person with our client message at the core. Communicating with clients with a ‘call first’ approach through keep in touch and courtesy calls.
- Keeping the CRM up to date with all client contact.
- Distribution of Swatches and wood boards to clients.
- Generating deals via CRM & ensuring pipeline is accurate at all times. (Order processing).
- Raising purchase orders.
- Internal stock management of inventory in both showrooms.
- Saving quality control images and delivery documents.
- Supporting with maintenance of showroom and assisting with showroom visits when required.
