We are currently recruiting Travel Plan Coordinators to develop and implement Travel Plans with a strategic approach to sustainable transport and active travel in line with national and local planning policy. This is specifically in the context of delivering walking, cycling and public transport targets for some large new developments across the east of England and in the UK. You will be delivering the current schemes with a competent team, who can provide and deliver great marketing material to support the ideas and initiatives for successful Travel Plan implementation.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
Promoting aspects of current and emerging sustainable travel opportunities and monitoring the outcome.

Seek out opportunities to work collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders, including the Client, as well as Local Planning and Transport Authorities.

Assist with management of projects to ensure timely delivery.

Writing and reviewing Travel Plan reports (including survey analysis).

Liaising with suppliers and ordering / managing the supply and delivery of company related products.

Presenting to clients and the public.

Working alongside our current marketing agencies.

Promoting the business including contributing to social media groups and pages such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Assisting in the production of marketing material for print including copywriting.

Assisting in the creation of content for website pages.

Assisting in coordinating and delivering promotional event initiatives and challenges within the target communities.

Occasional travel around East Anglia to attend site visits, meetings, and promotional events.

Assisting in monitoring the effectiveness of the Travel Plan, including designing / coordinating Travel Surveys in accordance with Company Privacy Policy.

Assisting with Clients / Local Authorities ambitions for a sustainable future with respect to transport, modal shift, electric vehicles, cycling, walking and public transport use.

**Person Specification**
**Knowledge / Experience / Qualifications**:
Maths and English at GCSE grade C or 4, or CSE/O level/similar at equivalent grade.

Experience in a travel plan and/or marketing related field.

Experience in website development / management / design through WordPress (desirable).

Adobe Creative Cloud Packages including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator (desirable).

Understand the importance of design quality in marketing.

Event planning (desirable).

Report writing and statistical analysis.

Microsoft Office.

Full UK driving licence (Desirable)

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
