Job Summary:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent HR graduate to join a team of HR professionals and begin your HR career in a supportive environment.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Drafting offers of employment, contracts of employment and all other relevant documentation as required.
- Responsible for the maintenance of multiple HR tracker spreadsheets, ensuring that all data is recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the HR Management Software, PAMS.
- Providing support with employee relations meetings, to include drafting invitation letters and minute taking.
- Setting up inductions for new employees
- Creating staff cards for all employees.
- Supporting with absence management through care calls and communicating relevant information with line managers.
- Play a key role in driving the Lynas HR Strategy across the group.
- Providing support on processing weekly payroll for 470 employees, to include new start/ leaver procedures, SSP, SMP and pension auto enrolment.
- Provide support on producing payroll reports and payslips for employees.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Degree in Human Resource Management or a related degree.
- CIPD Qualified or working towards CIPD qualification (or a willingness to work towards CIPD qualification)
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent IT skills which include; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentation skills.

**Desirable criteria**:

- Experience of PAMS HR system.
- Strong employment law knowledge.
