**Production Coordinator / Office Administrator**

**What does the role involves?**

As a Production Co-Ordinator, you will be expected to effectively communicate with our customers and book in their orders into our Production system. You will be a key link between Sales and Production, ensuring that our factory has an effective level of work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Closely liaise with site managers taking their call off requirements and booking onto our production planner. Plan at least 4 weeks in advance
- Contact sites the week before delivery and confirm delivery date
- Organise deliveries to minimise travelling time and maximise loads
- Co-ordinate with other divisions to assist in delivering their products where possible
- Set up new call off onto accounting software (opera) ready to receive costs
- Book external hauliers if required. Obtain quote & raise purchase order
- Raise purchase order for agency driver hours
- Ensure production details, delivery notes and loading sheets are issued to the factory in good time
- Schedule services, inspections & MOTs of company vehicles with our provider
- Book/Enter new enquiries onto the database.
- Resolve customer queries on missing items directly with production where possible
- Raise orders for materials delivered direct to site. Missing items or items re-supplied
- Assist director with producing divisional reports, KPI’s, Board information, etc

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proven track record of consistently achieving
- B2B experience preferable
- At least 1 years office experience

**What will you get**:

- Salary Circa £24k depending on experience.
- Hours are 8:30 - 17:30 Monday to Thursday, 8:30 - 15:00 Friday.
