We are looking for a sales administrator to ensure seamless and effective transactions are carried and to support the sales process.

**Pay**: £25,000 to £27,000 dependent on experience

**Bonus**: £250 per completed sale with quality scores achieved +92%

**Contract**: Permanent

**Hours**: Full time (40 hours per week)

**Live In**: Not available with this role

You will be the face of the holiday home sales department, looking after partners, owner, and potential customers. This role looks after, in completeness, the aftersales process with new and current owners and will assist with the process of handing over new holiday homes.

**What will you do?**
- Manage transactions in relation to any purchase for new and used holiday homes to include finance proposals and gather information and identification for finance and search purposes.
- Ensure customer expectations on dates their holiday homes will be ready for handover are managed, realistic and always met.
- Managing and assisting with aftersales relating to snagging issues pre and post handover to ensure they are dealt with timely and reported via the correct channels.
- Communicate with holiday home manufacturers with regards to warranty and repairs and give owners regular updates on these.
- Ensure all owners holiday homes are safe before handover by arranging safety testing and ongoing annual safety testing is completed.
- Cash management and banking for the park, plus collection of owners site fees, utility bills and other bills
- Support with administration tasks, such as outstanding invoices, stock takes, and any other duties required.
- Manage stock levels and show holiday homes appearance day to day.
- Work to achieve performance targets and metrics to be met.

There will also potentially be the opportunity to sell holiday homes and lodges via leads given by the sales manager, however, this is not guaranteed.

**Skills**
- Be personable, confident, and able to build relationships with everyone.
- Have great communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in a customer facing role and in administration, including multi-tasking.
- Have excellent computer skills and able to learn new systems and databases.
- Be proactive, organised, and able to work on their own initiative.
- Be a team player and able to work with other departments across the park and brand.
- Able to work to deadlines.
- Be flexible as the working pattern will include weekends, bank holidays and some late nights.
