Charity People are proud to be partnering with the Serpentine Galleries in their search for a Head of HR.

We are looking to recruit a talented and well-rounded HR professional to take on the role of Head of Human Resources and to provide both the strategic and operational leadership to the HR agenda for our c80 employees that sit across a diverse range of functions.

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Operations and Financer and leading a small HR team your role will possess real breadth across the HR spectrum from recruitment and retention, employee relations and engagement, to organisation development, reward andpayroll. It is a great time to join Serpentine and there will be scope to influence our culture and direction post pandemic and to develop and drive new initiatives in key areas such as equality, diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
