**Overview of the post**

We wish to appoint a Research Assistant in Health Economics to help deliver the 12th national survey of the working lives of General Practitioners (GPs) in England. The postholder will join the Policy Research Unit in Health and Care Systems and Commissioning, based at the University of Manchester.

Working with the wider project team, the postholder will contribute to the design of the survey, conduct econometric analysis of the survey data, and prepare material for a report to the Department of Health and Social Care.
