Reports to: Facilities Helpdesk & Maintenance Manager

Employment Type: Full time, permanent

Based: Hybrid with 2 days a week in our Burntwood Head office

**Salary**: £17,290

Your Mission

To support and assist the Facilities Department in providing and managing an effective and efficient support to Centres across the Busy Bees portfolio. To ensure the Facilities Department provides a safe working environment for all Centres and complies with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- To take requests for maintenance from centres and entering them into the computerised management system (QFM)
- To assist the management team in obtaining best practice for all the Facilities and Facilities Services provided.
- Review on a daily basis work levels, backlogs or delays and ensure this is communicated to the appropriate manager and centre directors where required.
- To provide the first point of contact for the Facilities team and deal with initial enquiries, whether verbal or written, and exercise judgement as to the appropriate response, taking immediate action if necessary.
- To always operate a strict code of confidentiality.
- To be always a strong and effective communicator.
- To adhere to budget constraints and report on financials on a weekly basis.
- To carry out invoicing duties as and when required.
- To work flexibly as a member of the Facilities team, developing good relationships with colleagues internally and with external partners and contractors.
- To undertake any other duties in line with role and as required from time to time.
