NJR Recruitment are currently working with a well-established Wholesaler, who are now seeking an enthusiastic HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join their team in Manchester to assist in the continued development of the business.

**Role Purpose**:
Working with the Head of HR, this role will be involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle with particular focus on attraction, recruitment, onboarding and development of colleagues. The Recruitment and Development Coordinator will support the Headof HR in executing the Company People plan and developing best in class and innovative HR practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all activities promote DE&I
- Support the development of selection materials and practices to ensure we are focusing on selecting the right people with the right fit, values and behaviours for our business
- Upskill hiring managers to become the recruitment ambassadors of the company, providing them with the right skills and tools
- Support the development of the employer brand through campaigns, referrals, testimonials, social etc
- Support the Head of HR in identifying development needs and capability gaps both at a business and individual level.
- Support the development of a plan to build capability within the organisation and take the lead on the execution
- Create and deliver training collateral as required
- Work the Head of HR to develop a positive employee experience across all touchpoints
- Support the administration of the employee lifecycle across all areas
- Develop positive and professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver outstanding communication to both internal and external stakeholders, regularly seeking feedback to improve performance
- Manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously whilst keeping key stakeholders fully engaged, informed and confident of what is being delivered

**Experience Required**:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in training delivery
- Individual with a solid understanding of talent acquisition who shows a real desire and interest in being a self-starter
- Sound knowledge of legislation regarding recruitment
- Demonstrates a creative and innovative approach to working
- Flexible and adaptable to think and work differently when necessary to deliver to the business needs
- Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships both within HR and across the business
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal which demonstrates a professional approach
- Results focused with an eye for detail but able to see the bigger picture and wider implications /requirements
- Ability to meet and prioritise multiple deadlines whilst keeping all stakeholders engaged, informed and confident of what is being achieved
