**The Role**:
As a Junior Creative at Ogilvy UK, you'll delve into refining your style and understanding various audience tones. Embedded within the Customer Experience, CRM, Digital, Data, and social sectors, this role thrives on continuous innovation to meet the ever-evolving needs of our clients. Working within this team provides a platform to stay abreast of exceptional creative work, market trends, and consumer shifts. This knowledge forms the cornerstone of your creative output, ensuring its vibrancy, relevance, and effectiveness. Your primary focus lies in generating and nurturing ideas aligned with our clients' specific needs. Demonstrating originality through lateral thinking, you'll consistently inject energy and innovative perspectives into the creative process. Beyond immediate tasks, adopting a holistic approach, considering the larger context, allows you to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering exceptional creative ideas that drive tangible business outcomes for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to generate and execute original, innovative, and impactful ideas across diverse channels, primarily focusing on digital, social media, CRM, and experiential platforms.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh perspectives and ideas that challenge traditional thinking and align with evolving digital trends.
- Develop and present creative concepts in accordance with client briefs and objectives, adhering closely to brand guidelines and industry standards, especially in the realms of CRM, digital, and social media.
- Work closely with designers, creatives, and fellow team members to ensure the seamless execution of creative work across various digital platforms, nurturing a learning environment to develop skills in these areas.
- Proactively seek out new sources of inspiration and remain updated on industry trends, specifically within digital marketing, CRM tools, and social media strategies, recognizing the learning journey involved in these domains.
- Take ownership of assigned projects, focusing on timely delivery within allocated budgets, and showcasing adaptability and learning agility when working on CRM, digital, and social media-centric projects.

- Possess a portfolio demonstrating originality, creativity, and a strategic approach, showcasing an eagerness to learn and adapt in the digital, CRM, and social media realms.
