**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM

**Overview**:
We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Receptionist to become an integral part of our dynamic team in Southgate, Bath. This role is perfect for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a reception or front-of-house position, who is looking to work in a friendly and professional environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Handling incoming calls and managing the switchboard.
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Coordinating mail and deliveries.
- Assisting with various administrative tasks including scheduling and documentation.
- Upholding the professional image of the company at all times.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a receptionist or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general office equipment.
- A friendly, customer-focused approach.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A valid Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
