This position of a Customer Service Specialist is based from our Chapeltown, Sheffield (UK) site. In this role you will be supporting the Automotive French Customer Service team providing a variety of customer service support to internal and external customers, solving problems, researching complex information and building customer relationships.

For this role we ideally require a customer service specialist with some languages skills, ideally French as well as English.

- Place customer sales orders and handle complex customer needs
- Onboard new Customer Service Specialist offering training and coaching to others
- Assist with reviewing and coordinating customer service activities pertaining to shipping, plant schedules, inventory levels, and sales activities by reviewing reports, orders and shipments
- Develop and review correspondence and documentation as appropriate regarding interaction with customers and responds to questions and concerns.
- Customer service experience resolving customer problems and concerns
- Logistics customer service experience
- Experience developing correspondence and communications
- Experience with ERP (SAGE and/or SAP and/or Oracle 11i and12, Analytics)
- Experience of producing export documentation and knowledge of the export process and incoterms
- **Language skills desirable - French as well as English**
