**Duties**:

- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain various records and databases
- Sort, organize, and file documents in accordance with established procedures
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with general clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Utilize computerized systems and software such as QuickBooks and Google Suite to perform job duties
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of office administrative procedures and basic clerical tasks
