HR Case Assistant

Job Introduction
This is a fantastic 12 month secondment opportunity to move into a newly created role as HR Case Assistant. The role will be based at our Runcorn Head Office with the expectation to be present in the office for a minimum of 2 days per week.
The purpose of this role is to:
- Support the HR Case Managers and OD Manager to ensure that all decisions made align to the organisation's values and mission statement.
- Champion positive colleague relations with your stakeholders across the business and protect it from risk.

- Review HR data to proactively deliver measurable improvements in People KPIs with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coach managers on low level absence cases, performance management processes and link with TLE to ensure that leaders are equipped to carry out their management / leadership responsibilities through relevant technical training / management development programmes.
- Guide managers through polices and toolkits available on the intranet.
- Pull accurate data for exits, under TUPE and provide accurate calculations for all change activity
- Support the HR Case Managers with meeting SLAs, disciplinary and grievance case timelines, ER case priority RAG and escalation times.
- Support the HR Case Managers to ensure DBS and professional referrals are reviewed with stakeholders and escalated as appropriate.
- Support the OD Manager and HR Case Managers with the developing of training material to embed policies, and set up booking forms and communication cascade as relevant
