**About the Role**
- This position reports to the IITS Global Operations Manager and operates under the general direction of the 1LMX International Operations PMO. The individual contributes to the successful operation of the 1LMX International Operations Team. A key element of this role is frequent liaison with other 1LMX teams as well as stakeholders across the international community to ensure the team delivers on its commitments and any dependencies are identified and addressed.- Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate team agile planning activities including program increment planning, sprint planning, and team meetings.
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
- Work with the Product Owner to handle backlog and new work requests.
- Resolve conflicts and assist in resolving blockers impeding the team.
- Provide hands-on support in executing team backlog activities.
- Ability and willingness to support international activities that occur outside conventional local working hours and to occasionally travel internationally, if required.

**Required skills, qualifications and experience**Required Skills**:

- Experience of working with Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on Jira experience.
- Proven self-starter demonstrated through related work experience.
- Proven strong collaboration and teaming skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (both verbal and written) with all levels of management and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment with only general supervision.
- Committed to personal excellence, ethical behaviour, and integrity.

Desired Skills:

- Prior experience as a Scrum Master including a formal certification.
- Experience using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Previous experience as a SME/team lead.
- Confluence experience.
- Experience of working in an international environment that crosses multiple time zones, languages, and cultures.

**Business Environment**
