**What you will be doing**:
As a People Management Practice Consultant, you will immerse yourself in project-based activities that span various aspects of our work, presenting you with both challenges and opportunities. You will be a driving force in supporting the development of policies, guidance, and toolkits, showcasing your creative flair to create visually captivating and user-friendly resources for our managers and employees.

Collaborating with our HR Advisory colleagues, you will deliver impactful training sessions for people managers, focusing on the implementation of new policies and practices. Throughout the year, you will engage in a diverse range of activities, including national reporting and regular pay and reward processes, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

**About you**:
You are a highly organised professional who thrives in delivering accurate work within tight timescales. Your ability to work independently while maintaining a flexible approach allows you to adapt seamlessly to changing circumstances. Your communication skills enable you to present information in a concise and engaging way.

You will have a CPID level 5 qualification and/or relevant experience in an HR role, demonstrating your expertise in HR practices.

Quick to learn, you effortlessly support your colleagues and keep up with the latest developments in your field. With an innate talent for data manipulation and analysis, you leverage digital methods to drive efficiency. Even under pressure, you exude confidence and provide expert advice to managers at all levels.
