**The Position**

**Job Title - Shipping Administrator**

**Responsibilities**

**- Supporting the Import and Export Co-ordinator’s**

**- Contacting online enquiries**

**- Manage the receipt, handling, and development of new bookings**

**- Manage the day-to-day flow of paperwork for import / export shipments**

**- Issue and coordinate bookings with carriers**

**- Communicating with Shipping Lines**

**- Follow up on new and existing bookings with customers and online enquiries**

**- Ensure clients and agents are constantly updated on the progress of their shipments**

**- Issue relevant transport documents and invoices**

**- General office administration**

**- Answering the phones**

**- Reporting into the Office Manager**
