Marketing Apprentice

The Marketing Apprentice will support the marketing team in a wide range of activities aimed at enhancing Lancer Scott’s presence, managing communications, and driving engagement through various channels. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced construction industry environment. This role will be office based in a fantastic modern workplace in Central Bristol.

**Responsibilities**
With the direct support of the Marketing Manager, you will be exposed to a variety of tasks including;
- Tender and Bid Management
- Compiling and producing tender and bid documentation including design support
- Content Creation and Design
- Assisting with the design and production of company presentations, case studies, CVs and company templates
- Branding and Signage
- Manage branding and communication with external clients and stakeholders regarding company branding and sponsorship
- Coordinate marketing materials for job fairs, apprentice fairs, and other events.
- Design support for advertising materials, posters, event banners, and site signage
- Digital Marketing and Content Management
- Assisting with the management and content creation for the company website, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date
- Assisting with the management of company social media accounts including the creation of content, and responding to tagged posts, comments and messages
- Plan and implement online campaigns
- Monitor and analyse website and social media engagement and analytics
- Events
- Assist with the organisation of internal (staff) and external (client) events
- Creation of promotional material for events
- Attending volunteering opportunities and CSR events
This role will require flexibility as your workload will vary in nature on a daily basis.

- Strong interest in marketing and developing a career in this sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in design software such as InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

**Multi Channel Marketer Training**
During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills and behaviours, covering topics such as:
- Brand management
- Content creation, SEO and utilising AI
- Online and offline marketing, including Google Ads certification
You will undertake the ground-breaking Professional Apprenticeships Multi Channel Marketer Level 3 qualification. Professional Apprenticeships are an Ofsted Outstanding rated provider, and also hold the title of Bristol and Bath Apprenticeship Training Provider of the Year for 2021.
The training is delivered using a hybrid model and can be delivered fully remotely if needed. You will have monthly 1-2-1s with your assigned tutor, along with monthly group sessions, where one topic will be covered in detail, and you will have the opportunity to meet and work with all the other apprentices on the course.
The programme is designed to mould you into a high-level, all-rounded digital marketer. You will learn in detail about:
