**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Retail Systems Administrator - **hybrid role with both office-based and homeworking**

**£22,525 per annum**

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Head Office Retail team as Retail Systems Administrator.

Reporting to the Retail Systems Specialist, you will work within a small team. This is a varied role working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders with responsibility for maintaining the UK and Ireland Retail systems ensuring best practice and standardisation across all of our villages. Other responsibilities will include system administration of retail products, liaising with suppliers in the UK and Ireland and working collaboratively with village and head office teams to ensure compliance with allergen and calorific legislation.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required to enable you to provide operational support to 6 village retail teams and to establish good working relationships with external providers. You will also work collaboratively with the village retail and finance teams to help resolve stock management variances, invoicing queries and general system issues.

**HOURS OF WORK**

You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal Head Office working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, however dynamic working is available whereby the earliest start time is 7am and the latest end time is 7pm.

Please note, this role will be hybrid with a mixture of office-based and homeworking.

**ABOUT YOU**

**Essential skills, qualifications and experience**:

- GSCE (or equivalent) Grade C or above in Maths and English
- Previous experience of an administration role requiring accurate data input
- Competent User of MS Office including Intermediate Excel skills
- Flexibility in approach to work and ability to perform well under pressure
- Good problem-solving skills
- Pro-active with ability to plan and prioritise workloads
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels, both verbally and in writing
- Able to work on own initiative as well as within a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and add to their knowledge base

**Desirable **skills, qualifications and experience**:

- Knowledge of the 14 listed allergens and an understanding of allergen and calorific legislation
- Recent experience within the Retail industry, preferably with a good knowledge of Retail operations
- Previous experience of Retail system or database
