Taylor Stevenson are proud to be working with a well known service and installation company looking to recruit for an Operations Coordinator based at their Ollerton office.
The Service & Operations Scheduling Coordinator will be joining a small progressive and motivated team. The individual will be responsible for the day-to-day scheduling, completion of all service Planned Preventative Maintenances (PPM) and small remedial works including being the close contact for national key accounts.
**Responsibilities-**
- Scheduling of Planned Preventative Maintenances (PPM) visits.
- Uploading all service/weekly reports to internal & customer portals.
- Assisting with all customer queries and requests in a timely manner, escalating as required.
- Management of the subcontractor network and key account network.
- Proactively monitoring engineers’ activity and efficiency.
- Raising, processing supplier & subcontractor purchase orders.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of all relevant IT systems.
- Answering the telephone & dealing with customer enquiries.
- Sending & processing engineering paperwork to customers.
- Keeping the engineering work banks up-to-date & organised.
- Ensuring customer purchase orders are in line with sales cost sheets.
- Maintaining logging of engineer appointments onto PDA’s.
**Skills-**
- Excellent organisational skills and a good customer service background, scheduling of work and management of engineers work.
- Computer literate (Outlook & Word)
- Excellent administration skills & telephone manner with the ability to build & maintain successful relationships.
- Strong written & verbal communication.
- Self-motivated, energy, drive & enthusiasm - proactive with initiative
- Creative problem solving.
Salary
- Dependant on experience
- £22k-£25k per annum.
Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
