Davies Resourcing are working with a London based professional services business, currently in the top UK top 15 professional services businesses, with ambitions to grow and achieve a spot in the top 10 within the next year. As a result of this, the businessis looking to grow their HR function to support this growth, and has created a new position within their People Analytics & Systems team. This is a hybrid role with majority remote working, but you must be able to travel to the London office when needed, circaonce a month.
This is a permanent position paying a competitive salary of circa £35,000-£40,000 per annum, and reports into the HR Manager for the People Analytics & Systems team, and will support with all data, analytics and systems related work. This role maintains a closerelationship with all areas of HR, and recent projects within the team have included employee engagement, recruitment and talent development. This role is essential to the continuous improvement of the employee experience within the business, and informs theHR strategy across the business.
Key responsibilities held in this role will include:

- Support with the review of data accuracy and implementation of data cleansing processes.
- Support with the review of automating and streamlining manual processes, utilising problem solving and bigger picture thinking, when considering the wider impact of any changes as well as future possibilities for reporting and analytics.
- Develop technical understanding of current systems and integration.
- Support the team on system/platform maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Build a deep understanding of the data required by key stakeholders and create bespoke reports/dashboards to support both routine and ad hoc reporting.
- Transform complex data sets into digestible reports and support in the review of current MI.
- Support in the shift from compiling and reporting factual,accurate data to interpreting and analysing data that informs business decisions.
- Support all People Systems and Analytics queries, taking ownership of the issues/tasks through to successful resolution or escalating, as appropriate.
- Collaborate with the wider People Team day-to-day and meet with key stakeholders internally and externally to the business, as and when required.
- Be motivated to learn and develop as the role and team priorities evolve.
