Reed Business Support are looking for a highly experienced and passionate **Kitchen Manager** to join our clients based in **Weymouth.**

Reporting to the General Manager, the Kitchen Manager will play an important role of the daily success and running of the restaurant. You will be responsible for ensuring standards are kept consistently high, and for leading by example.

As the Kitchen Manager you would be responsible for;
- Leading the Kitchen team and being an integral member of the overall restaurant management.
- Being a role model for the brand, to drive quality, guest satisfaction and sales.
- Ensuring that Company Food Safety Standards are always maintained by all members of the team who work in the kitchen.
- Recruiting, training and developing great people to join your Kitchen team, making sure they understand the importance of delivering the best restaurant experience.
- Managing the team effectively, using rotas and schedules depending on the forecasted covers. Ensuring the team is correctly scheduled to deliver the best guest experience.

Skills required;
- Previous experience as a Head Chef, Senior Chef, Kitchen Manager, Catering Manager or similar.
- Previous experience using restaurant systems and processes e.g. NSF, EHO, Financial Management as well as Health and Safety Legislation.
- Previous experience of leading a team or being in a senior position.
- Effective communication skills, verbal, written and training/coaching.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced kitchen.
- Experience of delivering a great guest experience
