Location- Rendezvous & Royal Oak, Weymouth

Live In available - Large room within a 4 bedroom accommodation with shared kitchen, lounge and two bathrooms.

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager or Head Chef to lead our dedicated brigade at Rendezvous and Royal Oak.

A little bit about us…

Rendezvous is a large bar sitting beautifully within the harbour, known locally for it’s family dining, and festival style events – Rendezvous is certainly the place to be.

Jason, our General Manager is looking to recruit a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager who is all about the delivery of excellence. Our menu is branded but that doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be prepared, cooked and served with the level of attention the ingredients deserve.

On top of our main menu, we also operate 3 Take Away menus from the business too, this is extremely popular with holiday makers and locals alike.

This isn’t just a pub chef role, Rendezvous and The Royal Oak are absolute jewels in the company’s crown, therefore we are looking to recruit a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager who has had exposure to a kitchen serving quality food at volume during seasonal surges. You will also have a minimum of 12 months supervisory / management experience as there will be times when your team will need your help and guidance.

It should be a given that you will have your Level 2 Basic Food Hygiene and you will also be confident talking around your capabilities with all thing’s food safety
