Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Team Leader to work within their Operations Function

Working collaboratively with other departments the post-holder will deliver customer service excellence by managing The Departments team performance, workloads and processes across all in-scope products. The post-holder will lead the team and ensure all ad-hoc and routine activities are delivered to high standards and within specified service level agreements, compliance and risk tolerances. Together with other departmental Leads you will work to enhance customer processes and deliver branch business objectives. There will be a requirement for the post-holder to demonstrate continual improvement in the team’s service and effectiveness.
- Experience in effectively operating in a customer facing and regulated environment
- Proven track record in delivering service excellence through operational excellent process and team management
- Experience in end to end process improvement
- Effective team management, improving their skills, competencies, and performance
- Savings experience (preferred but not essential)

**Salary**: £27,400.00 per year
