Fast Track Consultant Programme
**Up to £30,000.00 **/ £3,000 Completion Bonus + Hybrid Working (c. 3 to 4 days onsite**)**
**Overview**:
The i3Works Fast Track Consultant (FTC) Programme is a bespoke scheme designed to rapidly upskill graduates from any discipline to become expert management consultants within digital and technology-centric environments. Our FTC programme is part of the i3institute, and builds knowledge through a blend of hands-on experience and industry leading qualifications where individuals benefit from:
- Experience across our services through structured rotations.
- Allocated study time to work towards qualifications.
- Working alongside colleagues at all levels of the company, to serve our clients and contribute to business development activities.
- One-to-one coaching throughout the programme.
Our Fast Track Consultants are highly valued and involved colleagues from day one and must be highly driven with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
**About i3Works Ltd**:
We are a dynamic and fast-growing management consultancy, delivering for clients in fast-paced, digital environments. We specialise in Portfolio, Programme and Project Management (P3M), Project Controls, Business Change and Transformation, DDaT, Architecture, Agile, Sustainability, Social Value and Net Zero consultancy; and are rapidly expanding our specialisms. Founded in 2014, we’re a fresh and vibrant organisation where our colleagues have direct influence on how we develop and shape our growing business.
Our i3institute was established in 2019 to upskill new and existing staff in specialist skills such as project controls and Agile delivery. Our Fast Track Consultant (FTC) programme has been recognised as significantly contributing to the industry through reaching the finals of the APM Awards 2021.
We work throughout a wide range of sectors, including defence, public sector, nuclear and more. We pride ourselves on the quality of our services, and our open and supportive culture.
**The Role**:
As part of the team, you will build a base of experience and knowledge in Project Management methodologies and approaches. You will be given experience throughout the entire business, during which you will have the opportunity to lead and deliver both internal and client work.
Upon completion of the programme, based on performance, graduates will be promoted to consultant level.
**Responsibilities**:
Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting client projects with the aim of leading projects as the scheme progresses.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and associates.
- Developing and implementing new skills and training.
- Carrying out research and data collection for internal and client projects.
- Assisting the company in bidding for new contracts.
- Assisting the company with its media, marketing and sales strategy.
- Working with senior members to shape our business and future direction.
**Essential requirements**:
We are seeking highly motivated graduates who are data-driven, take pride in their work and thrive in a challenge.
We accept graduates from all levels of study, who have graduated within the past two years - from bachelors (predicted to/having obtained a 2:1 or 1st) through to doctorates and are keen to take on applicants from a range of backgrounds and disciplines. Individuals therefore do not need experience within project management or project controls specialisms. Instead, we are seeking evidence of transferable skills and a can-do attitude.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in data analysis and interpretation.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively work remotely.
- Driven to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills.
**Benefits**:
- Performance based promotion following completion of the FTC programme within two years.
- Private Healthcare/medical cover.
- Group life insurance.
- Eligible for £3000 bonus payment upon successful completion of the FTC Programme.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing by x1 day per each calendar year, after your 2nd anniversary with the company - rising to a maximum of 30 days + bank holidays) Annual leave buy/sell purchase scheme (can purchase up to 5 days per year).
- 5% company pension contribution.
- £250.00 donation towards a Grassroots Organisation or Charity.
- Mental Health and General Wellness benefit (2 sessions per calendar month with a maximum value of £60.00 per session).
- Electric Car Leasing Salary sacrifice scheme.
- Cycle to Work Scheme (save 25-39% on a bike and accessories).
- Paid qualifications through the i3Institue.
- Additional paid sick leave cover for COVID-related sickness absences.
- Staff referral bonus scheme**.**
