We are looking for a Building Facilities Assistant to support the operational day to day of the Estates Building Management Team and Estates Operations Workplace Management.

The main tasks and responsibilities of this role consist of but are not limited to, monitoring and reporting performance against quality audit schedules (SEHI, respirator), maintaining compliance dashboards (BM Team POCC), updating compliance schedules and assisting development and implementation of new initiatives and processes within Estates building portfolio.

Other responsibilities include providing support to building exercises (fire alarm drills, etc), maintaining up to date building management documentation (House Rules, Resident Handbook), signing audits and registers, supporting where required when new building assets come into the Estates Portfolio. Ordering of goods, signage required to support Building Management Team, manage conference rooms and arrange and record fire marshal and first aid training.
