Hyde is looking to recruit a New Homes Customer Service Advisor to provide customer care to customers who have moved into our new build properties.
The role of New Homes Customer Service Advisor sits within the Product Quality team within our development directorate. You will work as part of a high performing customer focused team and ideally you will have prior experience of working for a house builder or a housing association.
**Key Responsibilities of a New Homes Customer Service Advisor**
- Provide an excellent customer focused front line service along with managing the customer journey on behalf of the Product Quality Team and Hyde to their new purchasers and those renting newly built homes.
- Act as first point of contact for residents ensuring any requests, queries and problems associated with their new build homes are resolved in a manner that improves overall customer satisfaction/experience.
- Ability to ask detailed questions to assist with accurate diagnosing of repairs
- Work with contractors to schedule and co-ordinate appointments to resolve customer repairs within the agreed timeframes and provide residents with regular progress updates.
- Work in collaboration with external build contractors, construction Project Managers, Sales and Marketing Teams and other internal Hyde departments to deliver high standard of service to all customers moving into their newly built properties.
**Skills and Experience Required**
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A knowledge and understanding of repairs and issues that arise with new build properties
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to problem solve and offer alternative solutions
- Experience gained working for a house builder or a housing association
