When someone needs to make an insurance claim - either for themselves or their business - they might well need someone on their side to help get them the best deal. Our client is a specialist in helping customers get their best from their insurance policy, and they need a claims technician to join their team and help them continue their extensive work.
Our client, which has its HQ in Essex but has branches nationwide, is seeking someone who is proactive, knowledgeable and efficient, to work on behalf of customers.
You’ll be a first point of contact, acting as a liaison and managing a portfolio of projects - and importantly working with loss assessors and claims consultants to ensure projects are seen through and completed.
Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in this field of work, but above all you’ll have exceptional organisational skills, and the communication skills necessary to not only deal with insurance assessors on a professional level but work with customers who have been affected by an incident that requires the insurance claim - from thefts and damage to fire and flood.
You’ll enjoy working as a team but also, you’ll be adept at working alone and using your initiative to push projects forward. You’ll also be proficient in Microsoft Office packages and relevant software.
This full-time role isoffice basedand has a competitive salary. There are also a range of generous company benefits.
