**Hours: 40 hours per week (20% includes course-based learning and off the job training)**

**Shift pattern: Monday - Friday (Flexible working hours)**

**Salary: £5.00 - per hour with qualification/ £200 per week (opportunity to increase to £6.00/£240)**

**About the role**:
We are looking for a hard-working and proactive Quality Control Apprentice to support our Customer Service and Administration Team.

You’ll be working alongside our Customer Service & Administration Team, helping us meet our ambitious targets for quality and efficiency. You will learn how to conduct a variety of audits and report your findings, helping us to improve our processes and maintain the highest standard of Customer Service.

Throughout your apprenticeship, you’ll learn all about quality control and audit processes whilst working towards a nationally recognised qualification that will boost your career potential.

The main responsibilities for this role include:

- Administration for our Customer Service Team.
- Producing KPIs and completing audits.
- Using Microsoft packages to input data.
- Carrying out Quality Control for our Customer Service & Administration Team.
- Making recommendations for improving processes across the business.
- Highlight recurring issues and their solutions.
**About the person**:
We are looking for a hard-working and proactive Business Administration Apprentice to support our Customer Service and Administration Team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills while earning a Level 3 Business Administration qualification (equivalent to an A Level).
- Fantastic written and oral communication skills, with the ability to think on your feet.
- You are a team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, agile environment
- An individual with relevant software knowledge such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
- You care about data quality and accuracy.
- A high attention to detail
