**Role responsibilities**
- Provision of support, advice, liaison, training, and management by using all communication channels to grant applicants and contract holders to ensure effective grant, contract and scheme delivery, including recommendations for enhancements to the grant processes where appropriate.

**Who we’re looking for**
- High level of IT skills, specifically relating to Microsoft Office and/ or database/ CRM systems.
- The ability to analyse complex information and determine an outcome or solution.

**Welsh Language Skills**

Transport for Wales supports and promotes the use of the Welsh Language by employees and will encourage them to develop, improve and maintain their Welsh Language skills. We fully support our people who want to improve their Welsh language skills, and personal development for Welsh Language skills are offered in a variety of ways such as online learning, classroom courses and funding attendance at local community courses.

Helpu i reoli ceisiadau, hawliadau a thaliadau i awdurdodau lleol a chanddynt mewn perthynas â Chronfa Teithio Llesol Llywodraeth Cymru a gwasanaethau TrawsCymru, a grantiau eraill yn eu tro.
- Cydlynu gweithgareddau ar y cyd ag aelodau eraill o’r tîm cyllid grantiau a’r rheolwr llinell, drwy weithio gyda rhanddeiliaid mewnol amrywiol, er mwyn sicrhau y gellir gweinyddu grantiau i wneud setliad ar gyfer y ceisiadau grant a’r rhwymedigaethau contractau yn unol â chanllawiau Llywodraeth Cymru a’r canlyniadau trafnidiaeth a ddymunir.
- Gweinyddu ceisiadau am grant drwy gyfleu’r canllawiau cyfredol i’r ymgeiswyr, yn ogystal â phrosesu, gwirio ac asesu ceisiadau i wneud yn siŵr bod y ceisiadau’n cydymffurfio â threfniadau cymeradwyo TrC.
- Gweinyddu ceisiadau am grant a thaliadau contract drwy ddarparu cymorth ar asesu ceisiadau am daliadau i’ch rheolwr llinell, yn unol â dangosyddion perfformiad allweddol i wneud yn siŵr bod ceisiadau am daliadau yn cael eu prosesu’n brydlon.
- Darparu cefnogaeth, cyngor, cyswllt, hyfforddiant a rheolaeth drwy ddefnyddio’r holl sianeli cyfathrebu ag ymgeiswyr
