**£27,000 per annum**

As a Bid and Tender Executive, you will play a vital role in securing funding from various sources, including trusts, foundations, and grants. **Responsibilities of a Bid and Tender Executive**:

- Identifying new funding opportunities that align with the organisational priorities.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with funders to gain a deeper understanding of the charity's work.
- Maintaining accurate records and data to demonstrate performance and compliance.
- Assisting with marketing and communication activities to promote funding opportunities and highlight successes.
- Representing the organisation at events and meetings as required.

**Requirements of a Bid and Tender Executive**:

- Knowledge of major funders such as National Lottery, Sport England, central government, and local authorities, as well as smaller grants and trusts.
- Ability to analyse and assess different funding opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work co-operatively with others.
- Proficiency in using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Self-motivation, excellent time management, and the ability to work to deadlines.
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle, with flexibility to travel when required.
- Previous experience within the charity sector.
