An exciting opportunity has risen for a Home Manager to join this luxury elderly care home in Cannock. My client offers outstanding residential care, and they pride themselves on their skilled and knowledgeable teams who work within their deluxe homes.

My client is looking for an experienced, innovative, and dynamic Home Manager with a proven track record in leadership and management; you will be a key budget holder and a senior member of the management team.

**Requirements of the Care Home Manager**:

- Previous Home Manager experience in an elderly residential care home
- Hands on practical approach
- Have experience of marketing a home and increasing occupancy - privately funded
- Strong business acumen and able to work within budgets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of Care Standards
- Dynamic & Enthusiastic leader, able to build and motivate a team of staff

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
