Job Description

Care Assistant Benefits:

Excellent pay rates -  from £12.10 to £12.50 per hour, double time bank holiday enhanced rates. Types of hours available -  From 16hrs to 35+ hours available.  Minimum 1 hour calls – so you have the time needed with the client. Area -  visits based in one post-code area so less travel for care professionals.  Employee referral bonus programme -  £150 bonus scheme when you refer a friend and they complete their probation period.  Mileage -0.33p per mile after the first 10.  Training  - fully paid award-winning training and ongoing support, with genuine career development opportunities such as access to specialist training and qualifications such as city and guilds dementia certificates and access to NVQ's. Care Assistant responsibilities:

Being a companion is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high-quality, person-focused care.

Duties can include:

Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework Accompanying to appointments or shopping Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent 

Qualifications

No qualifications are needed. Care experience is welcomed but not essential.
