We are Causeway (previously City Hearts), the UK-wide charity who believes in the power of lasting change. We take people from existing to living, and empower our service users, including survivors of modern slavery and exploitation, to find their voice and place in society. Since 2005, we have expanded across multiple regions and now provide accommodation and outreach support to hundreds of survivors of modern slavery every year. In 2018, we collaborated with South Yorkshire Police in an initiative called Plan B. This helped to launch the LifeNavigate department. Using, a trauma-informed approach, we are fully committed to breaking the cycle of crime, alongside other organisations such as South Yorkshire Police and Merseyside Police. Our vision is to ensure a thriving future for marginalised and vulnerable people, and it would not be possible without our dedicated team of staff and volunteers.

**ROLE SUMMARY**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator to oversee, run and develop our Life Supply Service. This service includes the management and sourcing of physical space and distribution of donations across all three regions to ensure we can effectively support 800+ service users across the UK. Being an excellent connector and communicator, you will build and develop both internal and external relationships resulting in sustainable partnerships in line with the goals of the Fundraising and Business Development department. You will support the growth of the service by recruiting and managing a team of volunteers, identifying areas of growth and the continued improvement of systems and processes.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Title**: Life Supply Coordinator

**Reports to**: Fundraising Business Development Manager

**Contracted Hours**: 37.5 hours per week

**Contract Duration**: 29th June 2025

**Salary**: £28,400

**Location**: Role can be based in South Yorkshire or Merseyside with travel in-between all three Causeway regions.

**Closing Date**: 28th May 2023

**Interview Date**: w/c 29th May

**Probationary Period**: 3 months

**Direct Reports**: Volunteers (As recruited)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Develop supply chain**:
LifeSupply has created a supply chain of donations, which will need to be developed and grown. This initial work has resulted in some key partnerships, who donate key items for our induction care packs, mobile phones and data sim cards. As well as fulfilling the donation needs across our key areas of regular need you will also identify other items to add value to our support to service users. This will prioritise and include the full journey for Service Users from induction to home starter packs. You will secure support on a regular and ongoing basis to LifeSupply as in-kind donations.

**Research**:
Existing delivery models of similar services to inform best practice and research new potential donor organisations to fill gaps in service user’s practical needs.

**Systems and procedures**:
You will maintain and develop LifeSupply operating and recording procedures. These will include stock tracking, information management and ordering systems. In addition, you will manage risk, assurance and legal compliance alongside internal policies and procedures.

**Relationship management**:
You will manage the wide range of existing in-kind donors and partnerships across our regions recording key information into one database. You will work alongside internal partners across all service areas providin
