**SMR are looking for a site administrator to work within Oxford.**

As a site administrator you will be keeping up with all site admin duties as well as looking after documents belonging to site.
- Provide administrative support to the site team
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, and filing
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Strong administrative and clerical skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Fast and accurate typing skills

Pay is negotiable DOE

**Salary**: From £150.00 per day
