Accounts Administrator

ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR
Our Client based on the outskirts of Reading in Spencer's wood who specialise in manufacturing of non-ferrous metals are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis working 8am
- 5pm Monday-Friday.
You will primarily be responsible for assisting in the control, administration and accuracy of accounts paperwork such as purchase orders, invoices and credits.
Due to their location own transport is essential as this is an office based role.
Salary & Benefits:
- £25,000 - £30,000 per annum dependant on experience
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Free parking and Pension scheme
- Working within a recognised reputable company
**Duties**:
- Scanning and filing documents electronically and manually
- Answering the telephone and passing across relevant messages to internal team
- Data Input
- Updating Internal databases
- Inputting/matching purchase invoices and credits to Sage
- Inputting fuel invoices to Sage (Weekly)
- Running transfers from profit to Sage and checking balances
- Recording all account information onto system ensuring database is kept up to date.
Key Skills & Qualifications Required
- Experience with Sage 200 and ERP Systems
- Used online banking facilities
- Ideally AAT Qualification level 1
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous office administration experience
- Excellent IT Skills around Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Mail
