We're on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. You'll be based within our Residential Service in Taunton.

As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people

Our Residential Service in Taunton is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same You'll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs, the next you could be spending some time in doing arts and crafts

The individuals we support enjoy a lot of community access, so confidence in lone working is essential. We are therefore looking for Support Workers with **previous experience** who can hit the ground running. However we will still provide a full training programme that is specific to the needs of the individuals we support.

You'll join the team working on a rota that includes early, late, weekend, night and Bank Holiday shifts.
