Estuary Housing is evolving structures and processes to be fit for the future and we are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to lead teams in the compilation and progression of plans for compliance, asset and maintenance delivery that will deliver great outcomes for residents.
To be successful you must be pro-active in your approach, have exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to look for and implement innovative solutions. You will need to use these skills to work positively with the Board and the Senior Leadership Team through what could be contentious and challenging circumstances.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Experience of leading in a regulated and risk based environment
- Passion and focus outcomes in keeping residents and colleagues safe
- Excellent communications, influencing and negotiation skills
- Collaboration for optimum outcomes
- Working with Senior colleagues offering advice and assurance.
