**Role Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyse complex challenges and opportunities related to our key markets, including at site, sector and product level.
- Formulate innovative strategies and solutions to address identified challenges.
- Lead multi-day workshops, in-person and virtually, aimed at facilitating in-depth problem exploration and creative solution ideation.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with high-quality results.
- Collaborate with numerous teams, including R&D, engineering, marketing, operations and sales, to ensure a holistic and inclusive approach to innovation.
- Your work in process innovation will serve as a crucial source of inspiration for new product development.

**Critical Competencies for Success**
- Demonstrable experience working in and with innovation-focused teams.
- Proven experience helping to discover, validate and deliver the right solutions to unmet market needs and opportunities within key markets.
- Extensive experience in workshop facilitation, with a track record of fostering creative problem-solving and ideation.
- Familiarity with new product development processes, particularly in hardware (software experience is a plus).
- Ability to inspire and drive change effectively in teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, innovative growth mindset with the ability to develop and sell strategies internally, bringing stakeholders along with you.
