Regional Procurement Lead
JLL requires a regional Procurement leader to take ownership of leading and executing strategies to influence participation and success of a supplier relationship management program. The individual will work with JLL business leaders and the Global Head of the Program to determine and deliver the appropriate strategy.
**What your day-to-day will look like**:
Implements the regional strategy.
Understand the JLL ESG strategy and work with Regional ESG Lead, Sourcing & Procurement to support the delivery of the program objectives.
Implement the goals and timeline that meet our commitment to deliver the program impact and outcomes.
Challenge the procurement organization to be ambitious and bold.
Socialize the regional plan with business stakeholders and gain input and support.
Report regularly ‘progress to plan’
Engage the regional supply base and procurement team in developing detailed plans to drive the program
**Desired or preferred experience and technical skills**:
Significant procurement expertise in both Sourcing and Category Management
Proven ability to deliver results in decentralized environments.
Experience working with suppliers globally
Collaborative and influencing style with a focus on team work
Proven ability to deliver results in challenging environments
Demonstrated ability to manage change
Exceptional career progression to date
