We’re looking for a highly motivated **Administrator - Renewals **to complement our fantastic team in our Lettings Support Centre in Norwich, Norfolk.
As our **Administrator - Renewals **you will provide tenancy administration support services to branches, landlords and tenants.

**Key responsibilities of our Administrator - Renewals**
- **Liaising** with landlords, tenants, branches
- Ensure the smooth **transition** throughout the **renewal process**:
- Obtaining **instructions** from landlords before the end of the tenancy
- Preparing new **tenancy agreements**:
- **Administering** periodic tenancies
- **Chasing in unsigned tenancy agreements**:
- **Sending notification to our accounts team**:
- **Any other administration tasks as required**
**Skills and experience required to be a successful Administrator - Renewals**
- Outstanding **Customer Service** skills
- Solid **administration** skills
- **Resilient**, **positive**, **numerate** and **detail oriented**:
- **Organised** and able to **prioritise** workload in a faced paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written **communication** skills
