COME AND WORK FOR US

You will be working closely with the company founders to manage the business administration and recruitment activities of a small and vibrant conference business. It is essential that you work well under pressure and thrive in a busy environment. A 'can do' attitude will be required at all times, as well as the ability to work harmoniously in a team environment and to jump in and help out where needed.

**Responsibilities may include**:

- Business administration and general department management
- Help with recruitment drives and HR-related administrative tasks
- Onboarding new members of staff
- Conference-related tasks, for example sourcing new venues, topic related research, ordering materials for the conferences or office
- Managing some of the IT administration and troubleshooting
- Managing interns and funding
- Ad hoc research projects and bookings analysis
- Some invoicing and banking administration
- Strong administrative, planning, time management and organisational skills
- Clear, confident communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willing, helpful and proactive approach
- High attention to detail
- Ability to proof read and format documents
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft packages
- A strong academic background with fluent written and verbal English

Based in Southwark, central London.

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
