As a member of Adult Social Care First Response team,

you will play an essential role. As a social care team, we deal with vulnerable adults, so you will support the Duty Managers and social work staff by processing referrals and providing support with allocating cases, arranging information in different formats to be sent to our customers, working in Duty inboxes and some customer contact.

At present, staff work a mixture of office and home working.

You will sometimes be required to take safeguarding minutes on other sites, such as care homes. You will provide a valued administrative support role,.

As such, you will be encouraged to develop and maintain your knowledge of any changes to the processing of pathways and referrals, and you’ll handle everything from entering information into our databases, through to managing diaries and taking minutes during meetings.

You’ll be tasked with a varied workload, alongside learning opportunities, and the support of experienced colleagues.

To make the most of this opportunity, we will expect you to have a good degree of IT literacy (including working with Excel spreadsheets).

It’s very important that you have good administrative skills relating to public, finance and office systems. If you have a working understanding of Mosaic, that would be particularly helpful.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 8 months
