**Civil Enforcement Officer**

**£23,023.00 per annum**

Waveney Norse are currently seeking a Civil Enforcement Officer to join our team in Lowestoft. Your role will be to monitor kerb-space and off-street parking, ensuring driver compliance.

On a day-to-day basis, you will complete foot and vehicle patrols of on-street regulations and off-street parking places, collecting appropriate evidence and serving Penalty Charge Notices where applicable. You will also check, monitor and report pay-ad-display machine and cashless pay system issues.

This vacancy is on a permanent basis working 37 hours per week, 4 days on 4 days off rolling rota.
- WAMITAB II or NVQ II in Civil Parking Enforcement is desirable
- Good knowledge of The Highway Code and The Blue Badge Scheme: rights and responsibilities in England booklet
- Experience within a customer facing environment
- Confident personality and customer focussed attitude
- Computer literate and competent in the use of smart technologies, with ability to become proficient in the use of other bespoke software packages
